Anemo started as a personal side project by Jansen Cadorna. Like many computer science students and self-taught developers, Jansen found traditional DSA resources overly abstract—relying heavily on static textbook code snippets and intimidating math definitions rather than showing how data actually moves in memory.
The goal of Anemo is to bridge that gap. By combining clear visual representations with step-by-step playback and live state inspection, learners build lasting intuition before writing code.
